The Change 2 for You app is a tool that aims to help our target audience reach their goals. The app aligns with the key campaign objective and research which is to get our target audience to implement some achievable healthy habits into their daily routine.
The user will be asked a few questions to establish their persona type in relation to formulating habits. We will use this information to provide tailored content and recommended frequency of reminders plus tools.
The app will provide a range of healthy habit suggestions around nutrition and active lifestyle choices. The app will track your progress and send push notification reminders to encourage the formulation of these healthy habits.
The app will include a set of helpful resources to make healthy eating choices and meal planning easier. We will look to leverage the fantastic recipe content and tools like the Kilojoule calculator that already exist on http://healthier.qld.gov.au/. These resources will include a personalised meal planner, shopping list assistant, work-out planner and healthy living tips.
